Our alcohol-free perfumes contain a 20% fragrance concentration, designed for long-lasting wear. Each scent unfolds based on individual skin chemistry—factors like skin type, body temperature, and natural pH can influence how long a fragrance lingers.

Our perfume oils have a shelf life of approximately 1–2 years when stored properly. To maintain their quality and longevity, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. After a few years, natural scent notes may weaken or slightly evolve.

Each item is carefully handmade to order, taking 3-4 days to craft based on current order volume. During the holiday season, please allow a little extra time for your order to be made, as we experience an increase in orders. Thank you for your patience and support of our handcrafted process!

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Orders weighing over 1 lb will be shipped via Priority Mail at a discounted rate, as Ground Advantage can take 3–4 weeks to arrive from Hawaii to the US mainland. Orders over $150 ship with signature delivery for added security. While USPS occasionally experiences delays, both Priority Mail and Express Mail are available for faster delivery options. Please note that even these services can occasionally be delayed, so we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrivals.

For major address changes, please reach out to us via our contact form before shipment to cancel your order, as we are required to ship to the address originally provided. You may then place a new order with the correct address. For minor adjustments, like spelling errors, please contact us before your order ships, as we cannot make any address changes once it’s in transit. Please note, we do not accept forced returns. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost to reship the package.

For damaged, incorrect, or lost packages, contact us within 1 day with photos for a replacement. Please note that reshipping fees apply to packages returned due to incorrect addresses, and we don’t accept forced returns.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to refund or replace it if it is stolen after being delivered. Because it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location. To prevent potential theft, please choose a safe delivery spot or consider arranging for a post office pickup. For added security, all orders valued at $150 or more are shipped with Signature Delivery. This means your package will require a signature upon delivery, so it won’t be left unattended on your doorstep or in your mailbox.

We ship from Hawaii, and international orders typically take 1-2 months to reach their destination. Please be aware that your country may impose additional customs taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations, as we cannot cover these fees. All international orders are considered final sale, so returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available unless the package is damaged or lost. Tracking information may not always be current or accurate once the package leaves the United States.

Our products are crafted with organic herbs, botanical extracts, essential oils, fragrance oils, and plant butters, but please note they have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, consult your doctor. If you’re on medication or have sensitive skin, check with your healthcare provider before using our products. For external use only—please keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Those with sensitive skin or allergies should be cautious, as reactions can occur with both synthetic and natural ingredients, including essential oils.

Double-Check Details:

Before completing your order, double-check all recipient details to make sure your magical gift arrives seamlessly.

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

• Always place your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from flammable materials, drafts, and vents.

• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

• Allow the candle to burn long enough for the top layer to melt evenly, avoiding tunneling.

• Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours, and don’t leave it unattended.

If You Can’t Smell the Candle Scent:

If the scent seems faint, try moving the candle to a smaller room, as scent throw varies by room size and airflow. Make sure the wick is trimmed and the wax pool reaches the edges, as an even melt helps release the fragrance better.
