1. Order Fulfillment:

• All of our products are handmade to order with love and intention. Please allow 3-4+  business days for us to create and prepare your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel as it makes its way to you.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

• We ship from Hawaii to anywhere in the world! Shipping times vary depending on your location.

• Please be aware that shipping times may take longer during busy seasons like the holidays.

• Any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

• No returns or exchanges: Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on perfume oils, bath & body products, or candles.

• Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or the wrong item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. Payment:

• We accept major credit cards and PayPal for secure and easy payment processing. All prices are listed in USD.

• Your payment will be processed when your order is placed. If your payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and your order may be delayed.
