Spell Garden Return & Refund Policy ✨🌿

At Spell Garden, we believe in the magic of creating something special just for you. Our handcrafted, crystal-infused perfume oils, bath & body products, and candles are made to order with love and care. Because each creation is uniquely crafted, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on our products. Please read our policy below to ensure clarity:

1. Made-to-Order Creations:

Each product is handcrafted with intention and takes 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to create. We pour our heart into each piece, so please understand that all sales are final.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we are here to help! Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we’ll either offer a replacement or issue a refund. Verification photos will be needed.

3. No Returns on Custom Orders:

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our perfume oils, bath & body products, or candles. Each item is carefully crafted with love and energy to suit your needs, and we want you to enjoy the magic of your purchase.

4. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Refunds will be processed only for damaged or incorrect items, and you will need to provide photos of the issue within 2 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our handmade items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on perfumes, bath & body products, or candles. Custom, sale, or discounted items are also not eligible for returns.
